Our Shanti journey began when we travelled to Kerala, a calm and tranquil enclave in southern India. Nestled in the lush green hills of Kerala we discovered an Ayurvedic haven, renowned for its equable climate and abundance of forests with a wealth of herbs and medicinal plants.
